Skills Assessment Only

Service Description

This service is designed for students who have already completed the online portion of the HeartCode BLS blended learning course. Please CALL OR TEXT us at 323-553-2063 to set up your appointment for the skills assessment. We will need a copy of your certificate for the online portion BEFORE we can proceed with your skills assessment. You will come to our office in West Jordan to perform the skills on our AHA CPR manikin. Our instructor will be monitoring you via video call. Please have either Zoom or WhatsApp installed on your phone prior to your appointment. Skills assessments are scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:15 am - 10:15 am and again between 1:15pm - 4:15pm. Why do I need to pay again? A: The online course you purchased was NOT purchased through us, which is why we charge for the skills assessment. The AHA sells the course independent of the skills assessment. If you purchased your eCourse from a company other than the AHA, you may want to contact that company to see if the skills assessment is included in what you paid. Q: How will I receive my certification? A: Your eCard is issued by email through the American Heart Association. If it has been more than 24 hours since your class and you have not received your eCard, please contact us by email at bestinthewestbls@gmail.com. Q: How soon will I receive my eCard? A: We do our best to issue your eCard within 12 hours of your class ending; however we ask that you please allow up to 24 hours for your eCard to arrive as we sometimes encounter technical delays. If you require your eCard to be issued sooner than this, please ask your instructor for an expedited eCard. Q: What is the best way to contact someone for help?
